ASK ABOUT OUR REFERRAL PROGRAM! Bangz is an Aveda salon specializing in custom cuts, color and styling needs. Our goal is to make our clients look and feel good! Located in Castle Hills, we have been servicing the San Antonio area for over 25years. We can’t wait to see you in our chair! Here are a few rules to help things run smoothly: 1) No children under 13. 2) No cash or checks. Credit cards/debit cards are only accepted. Optional cash tips are greatly appreciated. 3) We don’t accept returns or exchanges on purchased products. Booking policy: All new clients requesting any chemical service must book a consultation to assess your hair needs and give you an approximate estimate and time frame. Consultations are always complimentary! If you’re an existing client and have never received a chemical service, a consult can be done while getting your haircut. Otherwise please make an appointment for a free chemical consult.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least a 24hr notice. Our Policy: Any cancellation made less than 24hrs will result in a cancellation fee. If you are more than 30 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you. We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to your rescheduled services. All cancellations made 24hrs in advance of the scheduled appointment will not be charged a fee. Cancellations made less than 24hrs will be charged 50% of the service charge.
