Bangz is an Aveda salon specializing in custom cuts, color and styling needs. Our goal is to make our clients look and feel good! We have made a salon that offers quality hair benefits in a setting that is advantageous to our clients and staff. We convey top-notch proficient hair items intended to guarantee our visitors maintain the integrity of their hair. Located in Castle Hills, we have been servicing the San Antonio area for 25years. We can’t wait to see you! Here are a few rules to help things run smoothly: 1) No children. We will only service humans 16 and up. 2) We are a cashless salon. Credit cards/debit cards are accepted. Cash tips are greatly appreciated. 3) Please arrive alone for your hair service as we are limited in space and may have other clients filling the stations. 4) Parents are encouraged to drop off their teens while they have their hair done. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. 5) We don’t accept returns or exchanges on purchased products. Booking policy: All new clients requesting any chemical service must book a consultation to assess your hair needs and give you an approximate estimate and time frame. Consultations are always complimentary! If you’re an existing client and have never received a chemical service, a consult can be done while getting your haircut. Otherwise please make an appointment for a free chemical consult.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least a 24hr notice. Our Policy: Any cancellation made less than 24hrs will result in a cancellation fee. If you are more than 30 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you. We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to your rescheduled services. All cancellations made 24hrs in advance of the scheduled appointment will not be charged a fee. Cancellations made less than 24hrs will be charged 50% of the service charge. Hi! I’m Brandy, owner of Bangz. Born and raised in San Antonio, I’ve been doing hair for over 20yrs. Soon after getting my license, I apprenticed at an Aveda salon with John Courtney at Tangles. I was immersed in the real world of salon life and fell even more in love with hair culture! I’ve continued my education throughout my career to remain fresh with current trends and new techniques. I specialize in cuts, color and love doing weddings. Can’t wait to see you in my chair!
